nope, i need to click the words"Click here to feed me!"for my Yoshi, but i only need to click your pic to level it up, how to do that??

if you go on your adoptables page and click on one of the adopties, it shows both an image code, and a linkt to feed it, right?
All you do is place the image where the "Feed me" is... I'll give you an example.
